The workshop will be conducted online on Microsoft Teams app. Please download it before the workshop.

Joining instructions will be shared half an hour before the workshop.

Things to know :

1. Participants must download teams app on their device – Phone/tab/computer

2. Stable internet is required. Internet consumption is appx. 1 GB per hour
   3g/4G/5G would also work. If you have limited internet then you should conserve your internet usage on the day for the workshop.
3. Link will be open 15 mins before scheduled time.
4. We do our best to prevent any technical glitch, but everything is not in our hand. Please bear with us in case there is any such glitch. We will try our best to resolve at the earliest and provide you the required training.
5. Kindly stick to the timings. We put every effort to be punctual.
6. Sometimes the program exceeds the duration mentioned. So please have a little more time in hand.
7. Queries related to the webinar-drapes should be posted to our whatsapp group. We try to answer them all during the live session itself. During the workshop you can post your queries to the group, but the queries must be related to the workshop only.
8. Please login with one device only since the number of active users is limited. If you need you can disconnect from one device and connect on another.
9. When you join the workshop, you need to fill in your name. Please mention the same name which you mentioned during registration.
10. An automated attendance system is in place to track the attendees.
11. We will be muting the participants so that the workshop goes on undisturbed. At times we may allow switching on the microphones for some participants or all participants.
12. We would prefer that the participants keep their videos on. This helps us generate the connect with you.
13. Our team takes every care, so that each of your queries related to this webinar are addressed.
14. You can turn your phone/tablet to landscape mode to get a larger view.
15. Some devices support pinch zoom to help you zoom into a specific part of the video.
