Returns

No exchange, no returns and no refunds for our services.

Refunds (if applicable)
If we have received excess payment from you, then we will process the refund. It will be processed within two weeks of approval of your refund. You should immediately inform us of any such occurrence, with complete details of all your transactions so that we are easily able to evaluate it and process your refund of excess payment received.
If your refunds are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within two weeks.

If you miss attending the workshop then your order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation

Bookings can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order and a refund will be processed to the original payment method as per our refund policy. If the workshop is within 24 hours of placing the order then it cannot be cancelled. No cancellation or refund will be entertained 24 hours prior to the workshop.
